How many people can I have in my team?
We recommend 4 but you can have between 2-6 people per team.

You don’t have to be super fit to take part and it’s not a race. However this is 1406km challenge, therefore you should be of average fitness and enjoy reasonable health. It is essential that the charity are made aware of any medical conditions that may be affected by participating in the event.
How does this event work if we are in a lockdown?
You don’t have to meet up with other people to complete your miles so you can get them in whilst taking daily exercise. All we ask is that you follow current restriction guidelines for your area.
Do I need to wear a mask when I’m doing my miles?
No, you don’t need to wear a mask when exercising outdoors but it’s wise to carry one just in case you need to visit a shop when you’re out and about.
Can I take part if I’ve tested positive for COVID-19 or someone in my household has?
No, if you or a member of your household has:
- tested positive
- is showing any symptoms

Can I take part even if I don’t use a fitness tracker?
No problem! Keep a record of your distance any way you choose and then add your kms manually to your fundraising page.
